Losing Weight on Clenbuterol: The Normal Girl's guide to losing weight fast!

UPDATE! Wow, its been a while since I've been back here. Ok, I've changed up my dosage. My original schedule went right out the window. I was feeling like I wasn't getting any results by going too low... so I took a break for week to keep from plateauing...then went back HARD! I know that it's not safe to go over 100-120mcgs ... but I felt like I needed to really jumpstart my loss. So now I'm on approx 200mcgs this week. 2 50mcgs first thing in the morning, and another 2 50mcgs in the middle to late in the day. Sometimes I even take it before bed! Most people claim that it gets them wired worse than coffee, but for me... I can sleep like a bear. Anytime, anywhere.

I've seen an increase in my heart rate again, it felt like it was normalizing during my break. The jitters are completely gone, even with the high dosage. My hunger hasn't depleted... still as strong as ever. I find myself wanting to eat more... probably because my body is working harder to burn from the thermogenics. And so I feed! I spent a good $80 on groceries, making sure I stocked the fridge with 'safe' food. I buy lots of fruit (berries, apricots, nectarines) and veggies (herb salad, brussel sprouts, broccoli, corn, cabbage, carrots, celery) and good snacks like popcorn.

OH! And the most fun: I went on a great hike this weekend to The Chief in Squamish BC. Its a pretty challenging hike for a novice like me but I really enjoyed it! Super satisfying. And today I went out and bought an XBox 360 + Kinect and got the UFC training game. Tried it today and I've got to say, I really worked up a sweat and it was fun! I don't have a gym in my building or in my neighbourhood and I hate running so I figured this was a great alternative. TRY IT!


 ^ Yes I look thin, but I've mastered the 'pose'. 3/4 to the camera, twist body, front hip down and arm away from body. Try it. I guarantee it will make you look sooooo skinny!!

<Check out my 'tan' LOL... L'oreal Sublime Tanner, double application. I applied it last night and then again this morning. I find that the darker you are, the slimmer you look. Plus, well-moisturized skin has a great sheen and looks really sexy. :)

I'm not weighing myself, because my scale is shizznit and I don't think it matters if I can see the results. :)

Clen for weight loss. My story continues! Days 7-14

I'm going to fast track through the second week since it hasn't been to eventful. I will, however, post pics of my progress. I have lost about 2, maybe 2.5" from my waist line since the start of my cycle. I'm really happy with the results so far and I also hope that my dose plan keeps me from plateau'ing. I will post my measurements tomorrow. Until then... PICS!



 

How to lose weight in 10 days? Here's my story! Day 5+6

Still working on super low doses, 20 mcgs in the morning and another 20mgcs in the evening. The side effects have literally dissipated and the only thing that reminds me that I'm on clen is the increased heart rate. Its become quite comfortable and I actually sleep fine. I do sweat when I sleep though, which is kind of gross. I have to wash my sheets doubly often. YIKES.

All in all, feeling really good! I've been getting alot of compliments already. People telling me that I'm looking better, thinner... it's awesome 'cause I wasn't sure if anyone could really tell.

Losing weight has always been an issue for me as I know it is for others. I grew up the chubby kid. My sister was thin, my best friend was thin, my circle of friends (growing up)-- all thin.What really sucked is that my uncle was super rough on me. Made fat jokes, always praised my bf for being thin... urgh. But, in the end, those comments were the thing that pushed me to pay more attention about my weight. I was the fat kid right up until high school, and then I had my son-Ben- when I was 18. Suffering post-partum, I ended up losing 1.25x the weight I gained. Subsequently, gaining "happy weight" during a new relationship.

Then in 2004, I made a valiant effort by joining a gym and taking on a trainer. In 3 months of heavy training (trainer 30mins x3 a week, aerobics class 3x a week), I lost 15lbs! I was the lightest I had ever been at 118lbs. I looked awesome, I felt super confident. I was getting tons of attention and it made me feel really good. Only let down? My D's shrank to B's. URGHHH! Memo to self: figure out how to lose weight fast without losing breast size. At 130lbs, I was wearing a 34DD bra... at my current 122lbs, I'm wearing 34D... I hope to not lose anymore in my breasts!

Losing weight! DAY 3 + 4

Ooops! Didn't get a chance to update all weekend. But here I am on Monday... and boy, do I have ALOT to share.

Day 3 UPDATE:
Took 20mcg at about 11am and felt good. The low doses keep the jitters and dizziness away. I spent my ENTIRE day cleaning my new apartment, so there was alot of activity and exercise. I had a simple lunch of steamed rice and fried egg... a very asian thing! Had 2 small cups of coffee and drank water for most of the day. Took second dose of 20mcg at about 5:00pm. Then, I put in my extensions MYSELF... and got cramps in my neck and shoulders from reach and over extending. :(
Newest discovery: my muscles are tensing up and cramping... all of them. It literally feels like the day after a crazy workout or I've run a marathon or something. So strange! I had a bit of food in the evening... chicken teriyaki and veggies... and lots of bevvies (yikes)...yes, I know, not diet food and I did splurge a little on the drinking, but plan to get back on the diet plan, come Monday!

Day 4 UPDATE:
Same dosage, keeping with my schedule. Ok, here's where the tragic thing happened. I slipped and fell in my bathtub and landed on my ribs on the side of the tub! HURT SO BAD! So glad that my bf was there with me that morning or else I'd still be lying in the tub today. Anywho...had half a blueberry waffle for breakfast, then brunch at my bf's moms house. My side began to hurt more and more as the day went on. But brunch helped to ease the pain. Yummy sheep cheese, crusty bread and black tea. Plus, boiled rhubarb YUM! Funny enough, left from his mom's place and went straight to his dad's for dinner! lol. Had a lovely garden salad with avocado and bbq chicken with bread. All clean eating, all in moderation. Then came home and had some potato chips, a few melba toast bites and a bowl of fried rice (eyyyyaaah! I know). Rough night, hard to sleep because of the fall... plus the muscle cramps and soreness throughout my thighs and body were bothering me too!

Been feeling a little bloated the last few days, so I'm chugging down some green tea to alleviate the water retention.Hope it works, wanting to look cute on Friday if I go out for my bday! This means, NEW DRESS! YAY! lol.

How am I going to lose 10lbs fast? Clen cycle DAY 2

Day 2 went really well. I figured out that the pills I acquired are actually 50mcg doses... so I was getting a little ahead of myself on the first day. The proper dose for women are 20mcg's on the first 3 days, then 40mcg's then next 3 days, and up the dose by 20mcg's for 3 days up to 120mcgs. With that said, I had half a pill this morning, but still took a 2nd pill at lunch.

Another thing I learned: Clen starts to lose effectiveness after the 2 week mark when the body learns to regulate your body heat and almost combat the clenbuterol. This was really confusing to me because I also read that clen results usually begin at the 2 week mark. Suggestions include using clen for weight loss with the proper doses for 2 weeks then go without for 2 weeks, then start again. Another suggestion was to keep doses low for a longer period of time and spreading out the up-dosing across 10 weeks. The low doses keep the weight loss from plateau'ing while the quick weight loss is maintained or continues.

SUGGESTION #1:
Day 1-3 - 20 mcg
Day 4-6 - 40 mcg
Day 7-10 - 60 mcg
Day 11-14 - 80 mcg
2 week break
On the 5th week, start again at 20 mcg

SUGGESTION #2:
Week 1 - 20 mcg
Week 2 - 30 mcg
Week 3 - 40 mcg
Week 4 - 50 mcg
Week 5 - 60 mcg
Week 6 - 70 mcg
Week 7 - 80 mcg
Week 8 - 90 mcg
Week 9 - 100 mcg
Week 10 - 120 mcg
Then start go backwards, decreasing by 10 mcgs every week

I'm actually more hopeful with the latter suggestion. I don't want to plateau, but I do fear that if I go off the clen for the 2 week break, my eating might waste all the progress of the clen.

Anywho, with the low dose I didn't have such bad side effects. Shakiness was minimal, no headache, no dizziness. The only difference was I felt super paranoid today. Like, REALLY paranoid. It subsided after the first pill ran its course. 2nd pill made me a bit jittery because it was a higher dose, but not so bad. Hunger was minimal to none. I had a small pasta salad, not because I was hungry, but because I felt bored and thought I should eat. I had one cup of coffee in the morning (still with loads of whitener and sugar) and lots of water throughout the day.

This evening had a nice bowl of beef pho and tea with the BF. Told him today about the clen, and quel surprise he was not too happy. I am going to continue and complete 2 weeks to see if there is weight loss. If not, I may or may not quit. I really hope I can lose 10 lbs fast. I'm pretty impressed with myself for not snacking or eating junk. Oh wait... I forgot to mention that I also had a Tall Peppermint Mocha from Starbucks... and a swig of Diet Coke. Ok, I'm working on the junk. It's a work in progress. I am doing alot better than I expected of myself.

I won't weigh myself again until the end of the week. I highly doubt there has been any change, plus I can't get to a scale that works right now. :S

I will share, however, that I bought a pretty rad dress today. It's a Bebe by Kardashian dress that Kim, herself, has been photographed in. I'm saving it for a birthday party on Saturday, so I hope that there will be some (a little) weight loss by then. Finger's crossed! As you can see by the photo, its REALLY form fitting. I want that super vixen look, so I also colored my hair back to black (I always feel more sophisticated and sexier with dark hair) and also bought extensions that I will put in tomorrow. I wear extensions often because my hair refuses to grow past my bra strap...aaaaand because I color my hair so often that I have to get the damaged ends trimmed fairly often. *womp womp*

I'm going to Lose weight fast! DAY 1 Part II

It's still Day 1, but I have so much going on with my body that I feel I need to share. I wrote before that I wasn't feeling my body get hot, but while walking my dog after work today I did get unusually warm. I have to tell you this, I NEVER SWEAT. It's true. I work out, I jog, I walk HARD... and still no sweat. My body's probably broken or something I don't know. Anyways, I did feel my body burning up for a bit today. The shakiness has subsided (substantially), my heart rate has begun to normalize and dull headache, now gone. My vision is still really blurry though. But then again, my vision has been getting increasingly worse for some time now. My body is also not so warm... I'm actually a little chilly, seating here in my apartment.

Weight loss...How can I lose weight FAST?

The purpose of me blogging is to figure out how to lose weight fast, document my weight loss and determine which weight loss diets really work. READ ALONG!




Day 1

Weight: (approx) 125lbs
Bust: 34"
Waist: 28"
Hips: 38"
Thigh: 21"
Arm: 11"

Areas I'd like to focus on: waist, hips, thighs.
I have a weird collection of fat on my rib cage which makes it look like I have 2 flabby abs above my belly button. I've always been really insecure about this. Urgh. Just looking at that picture makes me cringe. Well, anyways...



Eerie realization... everyday around 2pm... I always find myself Googling the following:
  • weight loss
  • weight loss diet
  • lose wieght fast
  • how do you lose weight
    and so on... 
Pathetic yeah? Yeah well, my whole life has been one big 'Lose Weight Fast' Googling fest.
I've tried almost every diet possible. I've fasted, I've cleansed, I've detoxed, I've colonic'd (not a word, I know)... I've done the cabbage soup diet, maple syrup lemonade, 3 day diets, I've even resorted to anti-depressants in hopes that the side effects of hunger suppression and weight loss would work... EVERYTHING. Some have worked, some didn't but all have been uber difficult.

Rumored to be taking Clen. LOVE THEM.
Today I'm trying something new... the Size 0 Pill that the Hollywood celebrities use! Have you ever thought, 'Wait, wasn't *insert celebrity here* like 20 lbs heavier at the awards show 2 weeks ago? How'd she get so skinny so fast?' ... yeah I figured it out! CLENBUTEROL or 'Clen' as its known. It's illegal to use in the US and very difficult to come by. Mhmm, I know.

The low down:
"Clenbuterol (often called just “Clen”) is used by athletes and bodybuilders for it’s ability to stimulate your beta-2 receptors, which in turn help you to lose fat by allowing your body to release and burn more stored fat. Clen has been used for literally decades in the foreign veterinary world, for increasing the lean yield of livestock.This drug raises the body temperature to encourage fat burning."


One of my good friends just started it and it seems to be working for her. So I asked, "How can i lose weight? Wait, no, how can I lose weight fast? How do YOU lose weight fast?" ... she dropped off about 200 pills... and now my story begins!

Took 1 pill at 7:45am. By 8:00am, heart rate increased, shakiness, slight dizziness, jitters.
Will take another pill at lunch with a small salad.

ps: sitting at my desk at work... and something smells quite suspect. It stinks... and it appears and disappears. Scares me a little because it reminds me of the time that I found a dead mouse near my workstation... same scenario: "What the hell is that smell? *checks shirt* *sniffs hair* *looks under desk* *pokes the graphic designer* *graphic designer gives me dirty look* then.... "URGH! *wait for it* aawwww, its dead". Yeah I found a dead mouse beside the filing cabinet.

UPDATE: It's now 11:31am... My vision is a little blurry, heart is still racing, hands are shaking like mad ... but funny enough NOT HUNGRY! Usually at this time I'm trying to push myself not to buy lunch for another couple of hours. But right now... I'm so NOT HUNGRY! YEAAAAH.So far, of all the weight loss diets I've been on... this one is already the most effective. Most times you are starving yourself, only to push yourself to binge at a whim. This is good. Very very good. Ok... next update again soon!

UPDATE: Almost home-time. It's 4:39... took my second pill at 3:00. The shakiness and jitters continue, heart rate still racing. Feeling overwhelmingly exhausted. I don't feel hot though. I read that my body temp would be rising... and still nothing. Maybe it'll change tomorrow. Not sure if I'm going to have dinner tonight because I had a huge cup of coffee with tons of coffee whitener and sugar... plus an apple strudel. So, no more food today.

OK! update again tomorrow. So far so good!
